So while helping a friend and co-worker B Lord, I was challenged to either take the Ice Bucket Challenge OR Donate $100 dollars to ALS or a charity of my choice. With my daughters birthday coming up, I just don’t have it. So, you I had to honor the challenge!

I had so much more I wanted to say…but…when that cold water and ice hit your body…your ability to think clear is kind of shot.
